Tres Leches
Tres Leches cakes are a type of cake made with a thinner and sturdier sponge cake compared to regular cakes. Then we use a mix of milk, sweetened condensed milk and condensed milk and moisten the cake. Tres Leches cakes have three layers, with two layers of filling, our regular cakes have two thicker layers with one layer of filling in between.
Tres Leches cakes can only be iced with whipped cream, regular cakes can be iced with whipped, or buttercream.
